Pre-Ballet
We offer training in the techniques and forms of ballet class! we practice exercises and have fun learning with games that challenge physicality and strength, as well as hand eye coordination!
Ballet 1
The next their of our beginner ballerinas! This class focuses on flexibility, technique and choreography to further the dancers growth and help the dancer become more well rounded as an athlete as well as a person.
Kids Yoga and Stretch
Our Kids Yoga class is all about movement with mindfulness. Through playful stretching, breathing exercises, and beginner yoga flows, students build body awareness, focus, and confidence in a supportive space. It's the perfect balance of fun and grounding energy — and a beautiful way to help kids grow inside and out.
