Welcome to our Fall Dance Semester! We are excited to guide your child through a fun, supportive, and enriching experience in movement, music, and mindfulness. Whether they’re twirling in ballet or finding their flow in yoga, each class is designed to promote confidence, creativity, flexibility, and focus — all while having fun!
Pre-Ballet (Ages 3+)
A playful introduction to ballet that encourages coordination, rhythm, and imagination. Children will learn foundational ballet steps through games, music, and storytelling.
Ballet 1 (Ages 5+)
A step up in technique and structure, Ballet 1 focuses on posture, basic ballet vocabulary, and musicality, while nurturing self-expression and grace.
Kids Stretching & Yoga (Ages 5+)
A calming and energizing class combining gentle stretching, breathing techniques, and beginner yoga poses. This class promotes body awareness, balance, and inner peace.
